| Abstract order to invest and administrate them by these companies . Inspite of the importanse of these companies they dosent get the interest from legislators by international level the first legislation organize these companies is the American investment companies legislation for the year of 1945. The Iraqi legislator deals lafely with this type of companies by Iraqi companies law no 21 for the years 1997 for the first time. This company doesnot differ from the other types of companies on wide scope because it takes the form of joint-stock company but it has the specialist characteristics due to not existence of uniform legal code govern it ,it differ by the rule for establishing it whether for the condition of establishment or for the procedures also the administrative rule , The auditing rule and the exceptional authorities that given to its administrative | ||
