| This study aimed to identify the position of journalism students and media at the University of Petra from the level of language made by material various media in the media, and what is the opinion of those students using slang in something to offer media programs and informational materials, and how they lived linguistic performance of the media,and the role required of these means in promoting the use of classical Arabic, in addition to the role of universities, departments and faculties media dealing with the preparation of media and rehabilitation. The study found a number of results, including: - Sampling classical language by 80.5% of news and news reports. - Choose the vernacular by 50.5% for radio and television drama, while the use of classical and vernacular together increased by 44.5%. - Got dialogues delegates with the general public on the use of classical and vernacular together increased by 45.5%, while the vernacular got 38.8%, and 15% classical. | ||
