An experiment was conducted on a farm belong to college of Agricultur – University of Baghdad in Abu-Ghraib in a silty clay loam soil in October 2010.Used in experiment (New Holland TD 80) Tractor with disc plow as machinery unit to study effect of tilt angle in some Technical ,economical parameters for machinery unit (Tractor + plow ).The experiment including three level of practical speed of plowing (4.27 , 5.51 , 7.27 km/h) ,two tillage depth (10 , 20 cm ) and three tilt angles to the disc of plow ( 15 , 18 , 21 degree ) . A randomized complete block designe in a split-split plot in three replicates was used in this experiment .The experiment study field performance parameters to the machinery unit including :effective field capacity, soil distributed volume, total operation cost of machinery unit. Result obtained indicated that third practical speed (7.27 km/h) showed significant superiority in recording higher value of effective field capacity (0.7269 ha/h) , higher value of soil distributed volume ( 954.66 m ³ / h ) with lower value of total operation cost of machinery unit ( 41612 ID / ha ) , first plowing depth ( 10 cm) showed significant superiority upon second plowing depth ( 20 cm) in recording higher value of effective field capacity (0.5495 ha/h) with lower value of total operation cost of machinery unit ( 58848 ID / ha ) while second plowing depth record higher value of soil distributed volume ( 1927.81 m ³ / h ) , third disc tilt angle (21 degree ) showed significant superiority in recording higher value of effective field capacity (0.5654 ha/h) with lower value of total operation cost of machinery unit ( 56530 ID / ha ) while first disc tilt angle ( 15 dgree) record higher value of soil distributed volume ( 814.30 m ³ / h ) . | ||
