Abstract | ||
This study has examined fungi and bacteria pollution in the air of Marshes Southern part of Iraq during a period extended from 1/1/2009 to 1/10/2009 .In order to calculating the average Percent fungus and bacteria present in the air .Four regions were selected in Southern Marshes of Iraq have been selected these were ;Al-kabnah ,Abou-Hawa,Al-Hamar and Al-chebaysh Marshes. Each region was divided in to four station. The uncovered Petri dishes which contain nutrient cultures exposed to air in these stations. After incubation , diagnosis of bacteria and fungus colonies were performed accomplished. High distribution percent of average of fungus Aspergillus flavus 38.5% and 50% for bacteria Bacillus sp in the air of Marshes regions. From this research found significant correlation between distribution percent average of fungi are p<0.01 and p<0.05 , but non significant correlation between distribution percent average of bacteria . | ||
