Abstract | ||
A place takes a wide area in Avicinna`sphilosophy . Every work of Avicinna`s symbolic heritagerefers to the place . His story'' Hay Bin Yaqdan" is loaded with references to the place. This study deals with the symbolism of place in" Hay bin yaqdan" through talking about the symbolism of " territories and kingdoms " , the symbolism of " sunrise and sundown " and the symbolism of reliefs . In many positions of this story , a place came to symbolize to abstractphilosophical facts as Al-maqdes house which symbolizes to rational world. In others , a place came to symbolize to particularexisting thing as mansions that symbolize to planets .This means that a place in some of positions in this story is symbolized to another place . In some of positions in this story a place belong to territories and kingdom , but in other positions a place belong to relief and direction .So ,it is quite clear now that the symbolism of place in" Hay Ben Yaqdan"can be classified in geographical symbolism . | ||
