Testing the current search effused culture of empowerment in organizations, learning the head applied at the General Company for Rubber Industries in the city of Diwaniyah, and identifies research hypothesis main conclusion that there are significant effect of a culture of empowerment in organizations, learning, and data was collected through a form questionnaire, which consists of two parts , the first part concerns the culture of empowerment, and the second part singled out organizations to learn, has been to rely on statistical program spss to analyze the results as the results show the health of the hypothesis and sub-formulated set of conclusions and recommendations thereon Perhaps the most prominent on the management of the organization to provide all the resources and facilities that will gain and create new knowledge. | ||
