| Muthanna governnarett has all the requirements and elements of agricultural development where there is arable land and vast quantities of water a good addition the availability of agriculture labor force . From this point of view the need for the researcher modern scientific methods need to use and the best use of all resources available . That will make this government to maintain enough food basket for itself and its neighboring government . Therefore , the researcher recommends the need to provide all the necessities of modern machines, mechanisms and in sufficient numbers, the provision of modern irrigation methods, encouraging farmers to return to agriculture by encouraging and supporting local product so that there is financial returns good for the farmer encouraged on agriculture. Also can take advantage of foreign investment in agriculture for the benefit of international experience in this area and the necessity of selecting appropriate crops for the agricultural conditions in the provinc | ||
