| The phenomenon of migration of skilled man power to the developed countries of the most important development Problems facing the Arab countries, lead him to the phenomenon of depletion of the wealth of these countries Which are needed to a achieve their economic and human . Has become a phenomenon of brain drain is a global phenomenon thanks to the rapid developments witnessed by the word mundnhih the twentieth century , especially in the information industry, communications and manage some countries , especially European employment of this migration in order to serve its goals of current and future excellence of men tall for the immigrants , while omitted many Arab countries , this phenomenon , whirled . The phenomenon of brain drain phenomenon dictated the conditions of human life and encouraged by the progress civilization disparity between the deferent countries of the Word , creating many of the factors that helped to escalate including the factors that pushed people to leave their homelands and attractions are attracted to other countries the most advanced .
