Abstract | ||
The purpose of this research is to identify the importance of better use of applications polarization and selection in meeting the requirements of Total Quality Management. Polls were adopted as tools for obtaining data and the Department of Real Estate was the field of study. The ready statistical program was used in inputting and processing the studying data, the results crystallized a link and a moral effect between the better use of polarization applications and choice in what would participate in meeting requirements of total quality management . and reporter argument search the functional applications polarization and selection Intrusion one of the function that play role in reinforcement requirements of Total Quality Management , based on the results , the research recommended the necessity of increasing and activating human resource management in the research organization ,of the form that help on the the requirements of Total Quality Management . | ||
