| [ The effect of mental calm by using some herbal medication and its effect on some physiological parameters , in the relaxation of anxiety state ] . * Profile research : It include the introduction and the importance of the research and its problem illustrated by lack of the use of modern methods of deep breath, herbal medial usage, muscle relaxation, massage … etc . * The objective of the research : 1J Identifying the psychological anxiety and its degree by using some physiological variables (blood pressure, pulse) for Iraqi elite handball players . 2J Developing and implementing a programmer of mental calm with the usage of medical herbs to decrease the anxiety state of Iraqi elite handball players . * The researcher used the experimental method on a sample of research and number of (72) players (20) players were excluded and the remainder (52) sample were divided into two groups (experimental, control) – Each group consist of (26) player . * The results of the research 1. The mental calm of the programmer with herbal usage have a positive effect in physiological variables (blood pressure and pulse rate) . 2. This program have a positive effect on reducing anxiety before the game . * The researcher recommends by using this program ((using of herbs)) before intramce in single or popular games . * Make similar studies with other types of herbal plants and study its effect on physical and psychdogial state of the p | ||
