Abstract | ||
The current research deals with analyzing the relation and effect among strategies of human resources managements that most writers and resources focused on in field of human resources management which depends on practices of this management as employment , compensation training and development and between total auality management . The theoretical frome research has adopted the subject of strategies of human resources management and manamement of total quality through a strategic view due to developments and rapid environmental changes in management fields , The practical frame of the study has included analyzing the relations of effect and connection among the study changes . Study problem concentrated on contribution and the effect of strategies of human resources management to support and reinforce total goodness management , moreover , the ability of developing these strategies ( employment compensation , training ) to achieve the best results for programs of total goodness management , the study has depended on two hypothess, concerning of existing moral relation and moral effect among strategies of human resources management and total goodness management . | ||
