| Abstract | ||
| This work was conducted during 2009 to 2010 to extracted and purification of Procynidine compound from crap seeds ,leaves and stem from (vitis vinifera L)and the content of Procynidine were done and compare quantitatively of these explants in mother plant . This study include alcohol extraction by using mixture of ethanol ,methanol , D.W and HCL The result revealed that , the superiority of Procynidine in seeds content than the content in leaves and stem of vitis vinifera and the increase the content of these compound in the steam were grown in the end period of vegetative growth . | ||
