Abstract | ||
The present study was conducted on fifty Lactating she camels. The isolation of pathogenic bacteria from (72%) for total milk samples taken from lactating she-camels. California test was carried out , tested animals were divided into four groups according to pathological cases. The results of (group 1) were revealed that eight she – camels suffering from chronic mastitis caused by Staphylococcus aureus and tow cases by Corynebacterium-pyogene. While the (group2) Includes ten she -camels, these she – camels suffering form acute mastitis , the bacterial isolate were, pasturelant hemolytica , and Streptococcu agalactia . The (group3) includes eighteen she – camels, the tissue of the mammary gland were normal and this group gave positive results for California test these she- camels were infected withsubclinical mastitis , the bacterial isolate were Staphlococcous epidermdis , Esherichia coli. While the (group4) includes fourteen she –camel, never isolated any type of bacteria . | ||
