| The thanks , pray and peaceful to our leader Mohammed , his group and his following to forever and The Islamic nation have more of civilization and variety from the source with difference of the arts and Islamic sciences each of the arts they were fulfilled the judgment and they have an obvious Shareea rules that issued two main significant sources the holy Quran and the Suna. `The judge Imam Abu – Hanifa is one of them he was followed the Sunaa and taken his rules from the holy Quran and troth talk from the messengers' of Allah and should be arise t0 troth a fumes f0r take it as principal condition in this problems , when he not find the proof he is taking from Al –Sahaba says ( the mercy for them by Allah) .The Imam is taking says any one of Al-Sahaba when he want and leaving that through they are differences , but he obliged him self to differ about their says ( Al –Sahaba ) , if the matter is concerns to Al – Tabeen as Ebrahem Al-Nakhay And Al- Awasaay ( the mercy t0 them from Allah) , he was an eagerness as they were eagerness and he has not different opinion with other judges to must be rejoining to the holy Qur'an and Sunaa to get the rules but the Imaam has significant for designation of the eagerness anc he has the especially method in the elicitations the rules that don’t concerned to the text but to the depth to the meaning while Abu- Hanifa fumiest in say of the opinion and used the most of measure that meant not ignorant the details or he has a few information in that but he was don’t except the tale if it has not which hard conditions to be sure the prophets said . Abu –Hanifa was worked very hard in eight problems and some poetries write it in three poet line: The Imaam was stooped in it and he concerned that completed religion The circumcision time and donkeys residue when it is drinking and the increment of Angles with the Messengers The period ,the hermaphrodite and the animal whose eat the pollute , the dog ,the child in the people not beliefs of Allah Our search was in jurisprudence problems as the specialist but not far the other problems . There are two reasons behind the choices of the subject The first: to declared that Abu –Hanifa grand in the religion when he didn’t find the area to measure or opinion The second : to declare the A man how the Sunaa but not his opinion He was search about the proof and followed it but when he cannot To gather between proofs as his scantest therefore he was stooped and don’t give any idea to the searches contained the introduction , two search and ending. The first part defiend the Imaam The second part for stooping the meaning The third to religious of the Fatwa Where as the second search was jurisprudence problems that had been worked in its which contained of five requires The first requirement : it is circumcision time The second requirement : it is the residue when a donkeys drink The Third requirement : it is the rules of the hermaphrodite . The forth requirement : it is the dog became teacher . The fifth requirement : it is the imprison for the animal whose eating the pollute . the search and the problems that had been Imaam stooped to answer about it because he has the judicious or it has not aproof or because difference proofs we were finished this search and mention the most important result: -the Imaam followed of the prophets (Allahs bessing and peace be at his prophet )Sunaa and preference it with the holy Qur'an and we know that from his story with Mohamed Ben Ali Ben Al-Husain in their dialogue. -the judge Imaam in some problems which don’t said any opinion and measure . -we choose the jurisprudence problems with out others because it has specialist subject . - we found by the search for stopping the problems and the Imaam was faced agents the toleration so that the judge must to study the problems hardly . - the nation scientific are stopping in many problems . - we are in simple search opening the wide view to the scientist students to follow stopping cloture in the problems which it is not new but it forgot because the ignorant a people their religions . We ask the helping from Alaah and Allah s bessing and peace be at his prophet . | ||
