Abstract | ||
Markets and Khans are considered the most important commercial centres in the city of Mosul through which the commercial transaction among merchants are done. The research consists of two axes. The first is Markets in Mosul and their specialization (as far as the commercial goods dealt with) to the city Markets. The second axis sheds light on the study of Khans because they constitute a special residence of merchants, in addition to presenting social and Economical services to the commercial caravans and to the poor. The Shari'a court also dealt with settling the Heritage cases including the cases of law settlement which take place between the deputy and those who inherit the Khans | ||
