Abstract | ||
Is the game of basketball one of the sporting events, which occupies an important position among the different sports. And upgrading the speed of performance skills, needs to optimize the use of methods and techniques of sports training, taking into consideration the means of training assistance, and the playing styles of modern active role in increasing the speed performance of skills during the competition and mastery of skills as you work to achieve the objectives set, in the vocabulary training curriculum, it became a time of attack 24 seconds instead of 30 sec. The aim of the research to: - identify the level of speed performance skills to the younger players basketball to the age of 16 years. And to identify the impact of proposed curriculum in the development of the level of speed performance skills to the younger players basketball to the age of 16 years. And identify the differences between the two tests of tribal and ex-post level of speed performance skills to young basketball players to the age of 16 years. The researcher used the experimental method way to resolve the problem of the research design chosen as the experimental group one, either from the research sample Vtkont (12) players from junior sports club monastery in Basra for the season (2010-2011) in the hall of the Olympic Committee in Basra, has been working implementation of practical exercises Monday, 01.10.2011, after completion of the tests tribal, and ended on the day of Sbat approved 03/03/2011.
