| Abstract | ||
| Scientific resreach takes an outstanding place over nowadays in the progression of the nations in the social , political , cultural and economical sides , so a city is regarded as a tissue of cocial , cultural and administrative relations which are mixed together and this city faces some change in all its fields specially in residential mode and this change transfers the city to a new civil fact which may corresponds the developments that happen in all the fields . The resreach studies the rols of the social ecomonical and technological factors in the change of the residential of kalar city. The study consists of thwo chapters ; the oretical and a field study chapter. The first one consists of two sections , the first entitled (The general frame of the study) and the second (The rols of social economical and technological factors in the change of the residential mode of the city of kalar. The second chapter divided in to three sections , in the first one , the resreacher has shed light on the procedures and the methods of the study while the second section entitled ( the analysis of the data and the information) finally in the last section , the resreacher has shown the conclusions of the study , the discussion of its hypotheses with recommendations and some suggestions . The sample which has been used by the resreacher consists of 300 people of both sex the study based on a basical and three secondary hypotheses , then after the test of ( 3 x 1) ( كأ) all the hypotheses were proved . | ||
