Abstract | ||
Research Summary Determined the importance of this research using so training method (weighting tools) to develop its own power for young basketball players, which is an important component of the physical components required and substantially for a basketball player. The objectives of the research: 1 - Effect of weighting each of the Parties (arms and legs) and the trunk in the defensive movement of the feet, correction and some physical abilities of young basketball players. 2 - preference effect of the weighting of the Parties (arms and legs) or trunk defense in the movement of the feet, correction and some physical abilities of young basketball players. The researcher used the experimental method, and select researcher community discussed players youth basketball stints Nasiriyah, the Euphrates and who represent the youth team in the province of Dhi Qar, and a number (25) player, and I choose researcher sample examined from these two teams and by (7) players from each team, and thus amounted to sample Find a percentage of (56%), and randomly (lottery) were identified youth club team Nasiriyah first experimental group (weighting arms and legs) and the youth club team Euphrates second experimental group (weighting trunk). The main conclusions were: 1 - weighting positive impact in the development of research variables for youth basketball. 2 - weighting arms had a positive impact over the weighting trunk in the development of the explosive capacity of youth basketball. The most important recommendations: 1 - the use of weighting either the trunk or limbs in youth basketball drills. 2 - preferably weighting of the arms instead "of the trunk in order to develop explosive power of the youth basketball | ||
