Abstract | ||
Climatic characteristics occupy a foremost place in view of their effects on biological system in the different parts of the earth and it take precedence over the other climatic elements- despite their importance- in those effects that control, directly and indirectly, the processes and functions performed in all plants. It is known that other creatures such as human beings and etc. have interacted biologically besides they have used available cultural means and outputs to moderate the intensity of thermal changes on their bodies in different methods and tools- functional and mechanical. But most plants including agricultural crops are subjected thoroughly to the same thermal effects. That will be demonstrated by studying those variables and the effects on the growth and functions of this plant group which is part of the concerns of agricultural climatology. | ||
