| Research Summary And highlight the importance of research in the researcher used two methods two training (training ballistic, training Albulaomitri) and their impact on the ability of the explosive and some Albayuknimetekih variables and performance skill beating overwhelming the volleyball players in the province of Maysan. The objectives of the research were: 1 - the use of three training curricula according to training methods (ballistic training, Albulaomitri weights added, training Albulaomitri) and to identify the best in explosive power and the values of some variables Albayuknimetekih and performance skill beating overwhelming the volleyball players. The methodology used is the experimental method, were identified research community way intentional of volleyball players / applicants (first class) in the province of Maysan, which includes the players (clubs Qal'at Salih Sports Club Kahla Sports) The number of members of the research community (24) player. The most important conclusions: 1 - of the training methods used in the research a positive impact in the development of the explosive capability and the three experimental groups. 2 - the first experimental group (ballistic training) the best in the explosive development of capacity, followed by the second experimental group (added Albulaomitri weights) and then the third experimental group (training Albulaomitri). The most important recommendations: 1 - the need to use the style of training when developing ballistic explosive capacity of the volleyball players (advanced class) for his advantage compared with other training methods under discussion. 2 - need to take into account correct Albayuknimetekih when training physical abilities, especially (explosive power) for the purpose of investment that capacity optimally when performing basic skills, especially two skills Almhmolten searching. | ||
