Abstract | ||
The optical properties of the 3, 3', 3'', 3'''-tetra poly (1, 4-diaminobenzen phthalate) phthalocyanine copper (II)(TPPC)thin film (0.7µm) were characterized from the analysis of the experimental recorded transmittance and reflectance data in the spectral wavelength range (300-900 nm). The values of some important parameter of the studied film, such as refractive index, extinction coefficient, optical absorption coefficient and complex dielectric constant are determined. The surface, volume energy loss function and electronic interband transition strength have calculated depending on dielectric constant of the TPPC thin film. | ||
