Abstract | ||
Inhibitor in the condition of the lease is to prevent the license granted by the law of the tenant that rented or leased to waive rent to others, so that the item is placed in the lease which prevents the tenant from the use of this license. This means that this condition is the requirement associated with the lease which is either to prevent a tenant of assignment of lease to others or lease to a third party subcontractor, or both cases, which either appears explicitly clear in the lease or to be significant implicit benefiting from the circumstances of the case or the contract as if it were a personal place of the tenant may be considered as an absolute requirement inhibitor so as to include all types of actions and to any person and in all parts of the hack or be restricted to certain conditions and specified by the lessor. There are provisions apply to the condition inhibitor is either to execute its existence or its effect may relate to sanction breaches of, this condition inhibitor may be necessary in special cases abeyance it in order to protect the public interest and that are more worthy of protection, the time has to be the protection of which it was decided that the requirement to protect his interests when the breach him by the tenant by legal sanctions for when such breach. | ||
