| Abstract | ||
| The divorce of dislocation is a road of dissolution of the marriage contract. The agreement is the couple in court for a valuable consideration paid by the wife to her husband to get rid of him. Given the importance of this subject in working life has accorded great importance to man-made laws. So we adopted the method discussed this issue of the comparative study between the Iraqi Personal Status Law and the legal personal Egyptian and UAE. As well as the views of Muslim scholars in every resource of research resources with reference to certain judicial decisions on the subject. We have addressed this subject in the three demands. We have allocated the first requirement of the definition of the dislocation through the statement of doctrinal definition, adapted and guide its legitimacy. The second requirement for dedicated staff dislocation and conditions of health. We discussed in the third demand instead of divorce and its effects. We finished research included the most important conclusion we reached from the findings and proposals. | ||
