Abstract: Parsing is the process of assigning parts of speech (or other classifiers) to the words in a text. In this research, we introduce a parsing algorithm that uses Bottom-Up Active Chart Parsing for Natural Language Processing (NLP) using Prolog to parse English sentences. In this method, there is no need to return back once the parsing of one word has been accomplished. This method of parsing reduces the steps required to parse a natural language sentences. | ||
