| This research paper include study of the relation and effect of information technology which has variables (such as data base and software ,communication networks) in which the private banks depend on it in relation with organizational performance according to Caplin and Nourtin measures interms of many dimensions such as (customer satisfications ,innovation adoption,development and growning profit indicator)….the study was applied at a sample of (40) managers in three different private banks in Baghdad | ||
