| Abstract | ||
| The research aims at: 1. Recognizing time management for the members of the physical education directorate. 2. Recognizing the differences in time management among the members of the physical education directorate according the age, period of career, and the scientific degree. The descriptive approach was used, the sample included (24) coaches and teacher of physical education (B.A, M.A, and PhD holders), in collecting the data adopting time management questionnaire for Merill.E .Douglass, Abed Bari Al Durra translated it, and addition it after verify there validity and reliability, The data were analyzed statistically by using the theoretical scope, analysis of variance, and testing lesser significant difference (L.S.D). The researcher concluded the following: 1. Members of physical education directorate do not have good time management ability. 2. The existence of significant relation between members of physical education directorate in time management according to age, period of career and scientific degree. | ||
