Thirty-three patients with shoulder pain were included in the study. The study is a prospective study was done in Al-Yermouk teaching hospital. Results: Complete tear is diagnosed clinically and Ultrasound study is useful to prove the diagnosis with sensitivity of (87.5%).Partial tear is diagnosed mainly clinically and Ultrasound study is not so useful in the diagnosis with the sensitivity of (56%) and thus those patients need for further investigations.
