| Abstract | ||
| Many educators insist on the role of the education capacities of females teachers of Arabic Languages to be in the level relevant to educate Arabic Language in a best mode as to the importance of Arabic Language as a basis to understand Quran and bibliography of our prophet Mohammed through keeping it and enhance it realizing the genuine of it. Arabic Language is the language of Holy spirit characterized by its flexibility able to be give and scientific flourish and to make Arabic Language able to play its role actively realizing the objectives of educating the subject, it should be provided by group of educational qualifications such as psychological and humanitarian qualifications needed more attention to prepare and making educational qualifications of female teachers of Arabic Language so that education studies insisted on the extent of teachers ability to benefit from their educational qualifications. Hence, Training programs for female teachers in the institutes and schools should be prepared owing to its positive effect in developing educational, cultural and ideological level of the students. The present study aims to evaluate the educational qualifications of females teachers of Arabic Language at Female Teachers Preparatory Institute from the view of female students of Arabic Language Department forming a pattern of 8 female teachers and 40 female students as a exploratory pattern and 110 students as a base pattern, two researchers accredited the questionnaire for as a tool in their research to divide it into four fields ( psychological, humanitarian, qualifications of teaching methods and evaluation). Also they applied Person Correlation Coefficient, Probable Means, percentage weight as a statistical means applying percentage as a mathematical means to treat data statistically. Two researchers concluded that Arab Language Department female students never satisfied with the negligence of Arab Language Female Teacher for the psychology of the students especially in the field of psychological and humanitarian performance and the intolerance of the view and the superiority in dealing with students using conventional teaching methods, methods of evaluation such as articles tests. Upon that results of the researchers, several recommendations were put including applying varied teaching methods and modern such as searching and discussion, not to intolerance in the view opening opportunity for students to offer their views developing their abilities for active contributions, considering psychological factors for the students not to deal with them by superiority making a gap in the personal relation and applying modern evaluation methods in teaching | ||
