The present study is included and evaluation activity cisplatin infection of Fasciola gigantica in vivo , also studying pathogenic effects on the liver and kidney ,
Gave this mice dosage 25 metacercaria. This dosage causes for mice after 1 months from infection formed tracks in liver , This study appeared that cisplatin activity in killing parasite in liver and caused decrease histological change in liver and kidney compared with control group
