Abstract | ||
Four polymeric composites from gelatin with poly vinyl alcohol were prepared with gluteraldehyde as crosslinking agent . The swelling ratio was studied for all prepared polymeric composites in distilled water, methanol , ethanol and butanol , also the swelling ratio was determined in 0.1 M from acetic acid , succinic acid , 3-amino butyric acid and resorcinol . Finally the percentage of acid removel by the prepared polymeric composites was studied and determined the recovery of these acids from the polymeric composites in distilled water . | ||
