Abstract | ||
Abstract : This study was conducted for culturing Entamoeba histolytica trophozoit for a long period and immunization of newzealand rabbit with a serum and spleen cell from in fetal one for protect them from amoebic abscess and the effect of immunized serum on trophozoit in vitro.The results revealed that the ability to culture the trophozoit of parasite for period (35) days with viability (50%) immunized animal with immunized serum and spleen cell against amoebic liver abscess gave protection 60% and 66.71% respectively. The viability percentages of trophzoit in vitro when treated with immunized serum 49.67% as compared with the control group 72.33% after 12 hours and in hour 204 the percentage of viability 0.33% as compare with control group 25.33%. | ||
