Abstract | ||
This study attempts to figure out the characteristics of ethics production in contemporary Arab thought . It also tries to draw out paths for this ethical production through presenting , analyzing and criticizing tow previous studies which deal with this production .They are Mohammad Abid Al-Jabber’s book ( the Arabic ethics mind ) and Ahmed Abdul-Haleem’s book ( Ethics in contemporary Arabic thought ) . Our studies comes up with a conclusion that the ethics production in contemporary Arabic thought has gone three paths . They are : The first path : The ethics effort that tried to transform the European ethics production ( ancient , modern and contemporary ) by compiling and translating on the one hand and the ethics effort that tried to transform the contemporary in the Arabic Islamic heritage through investigation and studying on the other hand . Second path : It is the one that attempted to establish ethics philosophy that follow the symbol of . It also attempted to defend the ethics philosophy that has already existed in our Arabic Islamic heritage . Third path : It is the path that emphasized on the notion that the Holy Koran has a comprehensive ethics system . This system is general and absolute . Besides k it has a system of values beyond time and place . | ||
