Abstract | ||
Since the end of World War II in 1945 became Japan under American occupation and domination, and robbed the Treaty of San Francisco Peace Treaty and later the security with the United States a large part of their sovereignty. But after 1952, Japan adopted a policy of economic construction, and this is what was required by the openness to the world in order to restore its regional and international, and to search for markets that were needed for the disposal of goods growing industry. Therefore, Japan searched for normalization of relations with the Soviet Union, despite the position of the United States refuses to re-Soviet relations, the Japanese, but Japan has succeeded in signing a joint declaration with the Soviet Union has achieved the political and economic gains. | ||
