Abstract | ||
During the nineteenth century copper had gained an important status because it was a crude material in making some utensils of the Mosuli kitchen, and main source for supporting many of artisans, who work in copper industrial, in addition to some people who work in transferring copper from south Turkey towards Mosul by Keleks on the Tigris River and hence to the south of Iraq and the Arab Gulf . This research has came to shed light upon trade and industry of the copper in Mosul during the nineteenth century due to its obvious impact on Mosul economy at that time | ||
