Abstract | ||
The first chapter concluded the significance and the introduction of research in which the significance of learning and education have been discussed considering them as important matters in progressing the civilized and developing countries. The sport side has also an important and sensitive role in the progressing where essential learning is very important in developing the human especially in building learning programs in scientific and accurate shape especially when the big importance of mental training is showed as interesting with the beginners. The using of mental ability and its developing from the beginning of learning of learning is to help to overcome the learning difficulties and teaching the skills. From this, the need of putting a program for mental training became very necessary and its effect in developing the skilfull and mental abilities of some beginners. The researcher sees that trainers don’t care to the real significance of mental training which reflex negatively on the decreasing of performance level especially in passing and coaling which have more skills especially in running of playing. After that, it was talking about the aims of research which concluded the significance on the effect of mental training in developing the comprehensive management, attention focusing and the level of learning of some basic skills in football and also to know the differences between post and posterior tests. The posterior differences between controlling and experimental group are clearly identified. The third level which concluded the sample of research of beginners for the student of first stage in college of sport education/university of Basrah is also discussed and also the place and time levels. The third chapter contains the theoretical and identical studies. It concluded the attention focusing steps for passing and goaling in football. The third chapter concluded research program and its field procedures. The research used the experimental program of tow controlling and experimental groups, because of its suitability to resolve the research problem and achieve its aim on a sample of (30)students of college of sport education of beginners in training the game of football which selected randomly. Each group was of (15)students. The equivalence of tow groups has been completed in the variation of research. After that the mental and skilful tests have been used. The conclusion of results and its analysis has been treated by using statistical means.The fourth chapter concluded the showing and analyzing and discussing of results. The researcher showed analyzing and discussing of results of present tables. Finally, the fifth chapter concluded the conclusion and the recommendations. showing the results of tests research for both post and posterior groups of training groups. Mental training accompanied with skilful learning has been used. ensuring on the using of mental training accompanied with skilful learning and its perfect effect on the learning. | ||
