Abstract
The -optimal control problem in infinite dimensional spaces is presented. Some optimal control problems and solvability, controllability, null controllability, perturbed Recatti operator equation as well as some of its properties are discussed and developed via evolution perturbed strongly continuous semigroup generated by the linear unbounded perturbed generators.
