Abstract | ||
Temperature sensitivity of GaN quantum dot (QD) is studied in detail in this paper. Non-Markovian gain, spontaneous emission, noise figure, small signal gain and output power are calculated at different temperatures (T =0,200,300,400 and 500) 0K. | ||
