Abstract
In Babylon A study of 5 cases with complete tansient bilateral loss ofvision associated with
imminent eclampsia and after eclamptic fits was done. The age group va ed f.om l6yearto 35year.
Parity from
primigravida to
para seven. Duation ofvision loss was 24 hours in thrce patients and
five days for the other two
patients, which was not reported in books. All patients admitted to
hospital for investigations and management. No previous illnesses reported such as hlpetension
diabetes mellitus or renal disease before pregnanc
