| The paper aims at showing the educational role of the elite of pioneers of the primary education in about a half century . It depends on educational supervisors' personal reports which indicated how much the teachers were serious in executing plans of the educational process and developing it in addition to establish pillars of obvious educational deveiopment . | ||
