| We have crystallized the research problem in the lack of studies and research dealing with exercises using modern exercises prolongation and thus arrogating a researcher studying to know the effectiveness of the use of exercises prolongation fixed and its impact on the level of development of spinal flexibility volleyball and it was a training curriculum of the two groups (experimental and control) included a sample of the players youth volleyball. , Who are (12) as a player and took the application of the experimental method for both groups (8) weeks and the number of modules (16) alone. Have concluded a researcher several conclusions, including the training curriculum a positive impact in the development of flexible backbone because of its impact on the research sample as well as give enough time to develop flexibility, because it plays a key role in the development of the skill level of the game. | ||
