| Abstract | ||
| Inflation is considered one of the macroeconomic phenomenon .It is also an indication of the potency and integrity of the monetary policy, Inflation is gaining importance due to its active role in achieving economic, political and social stability. All economic schools assume that inflation is a monetary phenomenon faced by most countries in the world, particularly developing countries, but to varying degrees. Iraqi economy face over the past three decades economic and political conditions led to a high degree of inflation induced by wrong monetary policy. So it is very important to study mutual impact of the causal relationship between inflation and money supply and to illustrate the direction of the causal. | ||
