Abstract | ||
An assessment plays important role in system of comprehensive quality, and its considers essential constituent for quality measurement and assurance in treasury of education service, and this is done by continued checking for a performance which consist of many stages (Inputs, operations, and educational productions). AII these factors compare with international and national competitive standards to achieve high levels, so the evaluations considers major component in collective action which depends on feedback system in making decisions of individual and groups to develop a performance and curriculums. The process of correction is based on urged of education institutions to review in their programs, operations, and activities which had carried out by them for the development and improvement are depended to objective data, and we have chosen college of administration and economics in Wasit University as practical location to evaluate system of total quality management which applied it. The correction process includes the primary standards to ensure quality of educational service as (mission and targets of college, college staff, curriculums, courses, and financial facilities to support learning students, methods of students evaluation, graduates, and scientific research).Then have shown the total and qualitive indicators, and points of straights and weaknesses, so we asserted on promote the positive aspects and disposal the weaknesses aspects by treat them, and the work to raise efficiency and effectiveness of education, improve quality. The purpose from this Application is obtaining international accreditation certificate that achieve to college competitive advantage and get on gains by increasing satisfaction of customers(students, parents), and improves educational services and raises level search services which provided to the community. Research shows group of conclusions unsuitable members educational with numbers of student special in department of counting, with never available train plans which dependence on abilities and educational experiences for members of educational. Researcher has a group of conclusions. Work with head of university to get good teachers special in the parts which lost number of teachers to number of students on the low of nations, with certain on sent members of educational to quality meeting in educational and discussing their responsibilities and needs put them in special teaching in technology educational. | ||
