Abstract | ||
Thin films of intrinsic Zinc Oxide and Antimony doped Zinc Oxide have been fabricated on a glass substrate utilizing chemical spray pyrolysis technique. The absorption coefficient were recorded as a function of photon energy before and after irradiation and also the kind of transition which has been estimated as a direct transition it was seen that antimony doping percentage increase slightly the optical energy gap. γ- irradiation affect the optical energy gap by decrease its value in comparison with the value before irradiation. | ||
