| The world is facing a critical moment on the aspiration set out in the Charter of the United Nations for the provision of human security of the Member States in the international organization. And must draw attention to the deep divisions among Member States on the nature of the threats facing the world and the appropriateness of the use of force in order to address those threats. Member States are invited to accept the challenge in the face of these threats and the most important images of confrontation is to increase the effectiveness of the United Nations and create a common view and comprehensive way of the future on the critical issues | ||
