| Research Summary The purpose of the study was to show the importance of using some special exercises with high chair and different highs and the effect of this different highs to development the strength in condition of speed and the explosive strength in the snatch to development in all weight lifting . The problem of the study lies in the weakness in achieving the high pull throw the exercise and the daily training in snatch. The aim of the study was to recognize the special exercises in weight lifting with different highs to developing the special strength in snatch. The subject were (16) diyala weight lifter that were divided in to two equal groups experimental and controlling groups using the (Man Wetny) test and proceeding many test and doing the main experiment and using proper statistical operation.The time between 1052009 to 1582009 in diyala club. The researcher conclude that there are statistical differences between the pro and post tests for the two groups (the controlling and the experimental) for the side of the post test. The conclusion were the benefit and effectiveness of the different highs appeared to develop the achievement in the snatch ,the using of the different highs in daily training appeared that the time of the lift is become less . The most important recommendation were the necessity of including the above special drills within the daily training program. | ||
