Abstract | ||
The world is witnessing a revolution in information and communication technology that has invaded all spheres of life and influenced by the profound impact, including the media and it seems clear from the saving time and effort in the delivery of information or material information to the recipient, but the use of such tools of modern technology varies from one mode to another, but may vary use within the same country and comes to know of this research: 1 - Effect of using the media to information and communication technology (Computer-mail, Internet, e-mail service (Alamil), cellular (mobile) phone payment deserves the (bill) for the digital camera, technology Flash RAM, HDD technology, electronic publishing software Electronic) . 2 - What is the most commonly used technology in the media? 3 - to identify problems and constraints faced by the media and the use of modern technology? 4 - to propose some solutions that will contribute to developing the use of modern technology in Iraqi newspapers printed and raise efficiency in line and services provided by technology. The researcher to a set of conclusions including: - - The development of communication technology and new information have a significant impact on the public and the media and the public how to deal with it. - The information society reflected as a result of the information revolution and the massive flow, especially after the revolution of information and communication technology. - The information and communication technology greatly affected the media in the concept and the performance and development. - Electronic media is a quantum leap and a significant change in all areas of information for the journalist and reader and staff alike. - The desktop publishing techniques and its impact significantly in the field of journalism. - There are characteristics and qualities of excellence for electronic publishing and traditional publishing are different from desktop publishing in the Media performance. - The electronic media provide a great potential in the field of journalism and the media. - There are many reasons and justifications for the merger between the worlds of traditional print and electronic publishing. - The emergence of the Internet a new window for the media, as it has a significant relationship Palmtbuap traditional and electronic media together. Also reached a number of recommendations including: - 1 - provide opportunities for journalists their engagement in training courses on the use of information technology and communication in the press. 2 - providing the requirements of modern technologies of hardware and equipment and keep up with global technology in the newspapers. 3 - to resolve all administrative obstacles that hinder the use of journalists of any kind of calculator technology of electronic and Internet service, digital camera and modern (flash RAM ).... etc.. 4 - to expand the study of information technology and communication to students of journalism at the Faculty of flags to be to have full knowledge of the nature of the impact of technological and Printing Group Alrgimip modern editors, design and take it out. 5 - the use of editing and professors as advisers to the output press and printing of the technical operations taking place in the press institutions, organization and follow-up of the technical department.
