Abstract : This study was carried out in the field of poultry of the Department of animal resources college of Agriculture - University of Baghdad to study the effect of injected eggs hatching broiler with different levels of a solution of vitamin folic acid (25 and 30 and 35 ɱg / egg) on the qualities of productivity and quality of chicken meat. Where the experiment was carried out starting from the injection of eggs on the day of 2/10/2010 and receive chicks and reared on 23/10/2010 until the end of the experiment 12/15/2010 , have been studied weight body raised and the percentage of cuts and consumption of feed and feed conversion ratio and Weights cuts main and secondary and dressing percentage with and without edible viscera . The results showed significant improvement (P <0.05) in the productivity performance of broiler in the folic acid injection treatments, as high in body weights and feed conversion ratio significantly to the treatment and control of the sixth and seventh weeks . High significantly (P <0.05) of folic acid injection parameters on the treatment of weight control in the cuts main and secondary of sacrifice and dressing percentage and sixth and seventh weeks. We conclude the study of the possibility of injecting eggs hatching broiler with 35 ɱg / egg for the sacrifices of the performance and the high weights of carcasses and improve the high quality and sensory characteristics of meat. | ||
