Abstract | ||
A university is an institution of education and cultivation that represents a civilized edifice having expertise, scientific, administrative, technical and academic competences, as well as architectural style which reflects the modern and urban rights. Since it comes under the umbrella of the educational order as part of social structure in the community, a university is a pot that holds many social processes. Thus in his research, the researcher has chosen to focus on the social reality in the university. This encompasses relevant social processes and social interaction patterns and forms, including cooperation, competition, conflict, social assimilation and social relationships between individuals and groups within this institution For that a researcher conducting this research to determine the reality of the University of Mosul and social climate and their patterns of social interaction and social relationships and formal and informal activities which play an important role in raising the scientific competence of teachers and students, and administrative affiliates through its social roles and positions in different headings in this important Scientific edifice. . The research comprises three sections besides the introduction and conclusion. | ||
