Abstract | ||
Mosul Was not far the intellectual debate that dominated the Islamic world since the second (A.H) the eighth century A.D. because of the emergence of strange ideas in Islam after communicating with different nations with different religion ,al heathen philosophies, Jahmiyyiah was one of the deterministic sects, the ideas of this sect overlapped with those of other sects like Mَutazila and the attempt by some Abbasid caliphs to force such thinking on people. consequently, the attitude of hanbils of Mosul towards Mَutazila does not differ from their attitude toward Jahamiyyiah, the research reveals the existence of a group of hanbils of Mosul who are regarded an extension of the hanbils of Baghdad and who clearly resisted Jahamiyyiah in Mosul. | ||
