Abstract | ||
A search on five doors from the first section: - Introduction and importance of research as it lies in the development of the ability of motor speed and acceleration based on some workouts. The research problem. Lack of emphasis in training capacity in the development of speed ages (14 years). The target of the search. Prepare some training and learn about the impact of developing the capacity of acceleration and maximum speed motor and completion of the enemy (100 m) is free. Part II: included theoretical studies of the search. Part III included a sample and consisting of (20) athletes and ages (14 years) divided into two groups (a control and experimental) and random manner. Part IV: included on display, analyze and discuss the findings of the research variables in the research and has shown significant results in favor of the experimental group. Part V contains the conclusions and recommendations and in the following: Conclusions: 1. The exercise of private and used for the experimental group was better than the control group in the development of achievement. 3. The exercises to develop the capacity for acceleration and maximum speed motor and complete (100 m) has a free rate of evolution of the best of the exercises used for the control group in all variables research. As for recommendations: - 1. Emphasis on raising the capacity of motor acceleration and speed when using the exercises used in the research. 2. The use of methods and other training methods to develop the capacity of acceleration and maximum speed motor for the development of completion of an enemy a distance ( 100m ) is free . | ||
